The artist of the original painting titled it: Our Lord of The Sea and it was done for the June 1944 Second World War cover publication of The Catholic Church Extension Society's monthly magazine Extensions.  I received permission from the Society to use this as the logo for my company.  This, too, will become a treasured, family heirloom.
